In order to maximize company value, for the mutual benefit of all shareholders, it is very important that a solid, experienced Board of Directors is in place to hold Executive Leadership accountable for executing the direction and strategy of the business.
In alignment with the Board of Directors, an effective management team must be in place to execute on the direction and strategy of the business, meeting the objectives of the business model.
To ensure a successful outcome, a minimum of three years of audits is required. If these are not in place, they can be obtained in parallel with the SPAC process.
The economic engine that will drive strategy and direction of the Company must be defensible. In alignment with the Board of Directors and the Executive Leadership team, this plan must be well developed to radically increase the probability of execution toward objectives.
Our goal is to maximize the value of your business. In some cases, after going through our process, some companies newly-revised business model can be worth 10X to 20X the prior valuation. Therefore, capital requirements may also increase 10X to 20X, concurrent with the potential for an exponentially higher market capitalization. This is why all of these steps are important.
We have found that most business models can be quickly improved to create recurring revenue scale if the skills and mindset of the Executive team is responsive. This is where the rubber meets the road.
